ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Christian Fitzgerald, the founder and inventor of The Orion Cooker®, has always had a deep passion for outdoor cooking. Over the years, he experimented with various grills and smokers, but grew frustrated with the inconsistency of his results and the time spent tending to the equipment instead of enjoying time with loved ones.
Determined to find a better way, Christian began exploring new methods of cooking that would deliver moist, tender meat without the hassle. This led to the creation of The Gobbler Grill®, which eventually evolved into the Orion Cooker®—a groundbreaking cooking system that combines indirect heat and convection to produce perfect results every time.
Christian’s innovative approach quickly gained traction, securing partnerships with major retailers like Ace Hardware and Bass Pro Shops, and earning a loyal customer base. Beyond his business success, Christian is deeply committed to supporting the men and women who serve in the armed forces, recognizing that their sacrifices make everything possible.
